House Rules

  • Waterfront, hot tub, kayaks, stairs, decks, and fire features are used at guest’s own risk. Supervise children at all times.
  • Septic system: flush toilet paper only. No wipes, grease, or food scraps down toilets/drains.
  • Fire pit use must follow burn rules/bans. Two exterior cameras: doorbell and driveway. Do not disturb shoreline or marine life.
  • Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Only registered overnight guests are allowed.
  • Primary renter must be 25+ and present for the stay.
  • No parties, events, commercial use, or unauthorized gatherings.
  • Quiet hours are 9:30 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • No pets unless approved in writing before arrival.
  • No smoking or vaping inside, on decks, near doors/windows, or near the hot tub.
  • Check-in is 4:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM.
  • The home has multiple levels and a spiral staircase. Guests should be comfortable with stairs.
  • Kayaks may be used only in calm, safe conditions. Life jackets must be worn.
  • Please do not open locked cabinets, owner storage, sheds, crawl spaces, garage areas, or off-limit spaces.
  • Maximum parking is 4 vehicles in designated areas only.
  • Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, rule violations, and misuse of amenities.
